Please join us for the 19th Biennial EEEF meeting, 22 – 25 June 2014, at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon! Oregon offers the best of the ocean, rivers, mountains, desert and lakes. We’re famous for our microbreweries and wineries. You’ll have a chance to sample their products during the EEEF meeting. Our banquet will be held at a local family winery. The meetings will be held on the campus of Oregon State University, with dormitory accommodation available. The Hilton Garden Inn has rooms immediately adjacent to campus with special rates for those who register online. Corvallis is the ultimate “bicycle – friendly” community, known for hiking and biking trails, campgrounds and the Willamette River on our doorstep. We are easy to reach by freeway (I-5), Amtrak train, Greyhound bus, or the major international airport in Portland, with convenient connections to Corvallis by Hut Airport Transport bus.
We already have a special session scheduled on lamprey ecology, behavior, evolution and conservation with Drs. Ben Clemens and David Noakes. We have 20% of all lamprey species here in Oregon! We will also present special sessions on:
Invasive Species – organized by Prof. Mark Hixon
Cichlid behavior and evolution – organized by Prof. Maria Abate
Drift Foraging in Salmon – Dr. Desiree Tullos
